Online CPOW Membership Registration

Civilian Prisoners of War (formerly BACEPOW) is dedicated to supporting and telling the story of all of these people who were captives of the Japanese. Though the organization was founded in the San Francisco area, its membership is now nation-wide, with members in several other countries. We welcome those who were civilian and military prisoners, their families and friends, and those who are interested in the history of the prison camps in East Asia. Our primary focus is on the prison camps in the Philippines, where most of our ex-POW members spent more than 3 years under the inhumane treatment of the Japanese occupying force.

Annual dues are $15 for 2021. Use this form to pay via PayPal, or mail your form and make checks payable to CPOW.

Would you like to receive the CPOW newsletter by email rather than USPS?

Please check the appropriate boxes and provide the requested information below:

What is your relationship to the ex-POW? Please share the name(s) of your relative or relatives — including maiden names or any other names they may go by or have gone by in the past, along with their camp or camps.

We are considering creating a members-only directory. Members would be able to choose what information they would like to share (e.g. camp, address, phone number, email, stc.) Interested?
